Terms and Conditions
TERMS and CONDITIONS: These Terms and Conditions will govern all sales by VAF Industries, LLC unless otherwise agreed to in writing by VAF Industries, LLC.
DRAWINGS: All drawings are subject to change without notification and are not to be used for engineering purposes.
QUOTATIONS, ORDERS and PRICES: All prices and specifications contained on VAF Industries, LLC quotations are valid only for the time period indicated on the quotation.
SHIPMENT, FREIGHT, and DELIVERY: All prices are F.O.B. VAF Industries, LLC’s warehouse facility located at 6303 Corsair Street, Commerce, CA 90040 USA with freight prepaid or added to the quote and invoice. If the buyer chooses to use its own shipper, buyer agrees to terms and schedules of our warehouse personnel. VAF Industries, LLC’s placement of purchased goods onto buyer’s carrier, constitutes delivery to buyer and thereafter buyer shall bear all expense and risk of loss.
TERMS: Net Thirty (30) days from date of sellers invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A service charge of one and one half percent (1.5%) may be added to past due invoices, or to the extent allowed by law. A deposit may be required for some orders.
ACCEPTANCE: Buyer shall notify VAF Industries, LLC of any defect, error, or shortage of any items received by buyer within 10 working days after delivery. Buyer to provide Purchase Order number and any other documents that substantiate the alleged defect, error, or shortage.
WARRANTY and DISCLAIMER: VAF Industries, LLC warrants to buyer that the goods supplied will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage for a period of one year from the date of delivery. VAF Industries, LLC makes no warranties with respect to any goods subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, neglect, alteration or accident, improper or incorrect installation or maintenance, or to abnormal conditions of use.
RETURNS: No goods may be returned after 30 days without first having secured prior written approval from VAF Industries, LLC. Only standard, non-obsolete or non-special order items in original cartons and in resalable condition may be returned with freight pre-paid. Return items are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price.
